If I go to a fast food restaurant it's not for the healthy stuff. Once in a while I want a sonic burger or McDonalds fries, but I know once I eat them I feel it later on, lol! That's why it is only every once in a while!

I hear you, Lisa. Fried chicken in my downfall. But for those times when I'm traveling with kids and fast food is the easiest though I don't really want to indulge, it's nice to know what may not completely blow my attempts to eat better.

The Wendy's single is a pretty good choice if you skip the cheese and mayo, which I do.

I'd tried to pick & chose what I thought worked best when I do stop by fast food, but it was good to see the numbers Ainsley. Understand the too.

Yep, Helen...both of those can pile on the calories and fat. Good choice.
